Notes on prices:

Part weeks available - please ask for details. For Christmas and Easter there is no surcharge. By arrangement small dogs are welcome but we do make an additional cleaning charge of £10 per dog. Le Mans 24 hour race week ends can be accommodated, please ask for details. There is an additional charge for linen of £9.00 per person.
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. We offer a 10% discount off the total rental amount (excluding linen costs) for booking 3 + weeks. Periods of rental over 4 weeks can be subject to negotiation.
Part weeks also considered or week end breaks.

Changeover day:

Saturday arrival (other days by arrangement). Arrival time is 4pm (unless otherwise agreed) and departure time is l0am (unless otherwise agreed). comments The cottage is beautiful with a really homely feeling, however we do feel we should point out that it was built in 1535 and it has many very large, very old beams, a couple of the ceiling beams in the lounge are quite low so, depending on your height you may need to duck. Dogs are welcome by appointment, please call to discuss. We do not allow smoking in the cottage. The property is on one level (no stairs).

Note:

A 20% (non refundable) deposit to be paid when booking and balance to be paid in full 6 weeks before holiday date. Cheques in sterling to be made out to D Worboys. There is a charge for electricity, which is metered and payable at the end of your stay. A £100 dilapidations deposit cheque will be required to cover potential breakages or cleaning costs. This will be returned after a full inspection of the property.
